    I emailed and heard back right away. Representative came out, took pictures, discussed what would be done and approximately how long it would take and when they could start. We received a quote with everything detailed out as discussed. Since this company was well recognized by the BBB, we went no further with getting other estimates. Job was scheduled and work started. Due to extreme heat, the work took an extra day. Everything was cleaned up when completed, men took care when working around my garden and our outside cat.
