Our team of estimators will review your masonry problem, describe the method
of repair, and provide you with a written proposal detailing the job specifics
with a firm price. We are always available to answer questions or further
explain the repairs proposed.
We guarantee our work for a minimum of one year (some jobs longer). We
have found that a year is typically sufficient to ensure that a repair
will endure and truly be a long-lasting solution. However, tuckpointing
and masonry repairs should last years, if not decades, assuming settling
and construction design issues are resolved. Since repeat business and
word of mouth referrals are such a critical part of our business longevity,
if you find this not to be the case,

Our Service Policy
- All estimates are provided in an easy-to-understand written format, typically
delivered during the estimate itself, or sent within 24 hours.
- All phone calls are returned the same day or within a 1 business day period.
- Most estimates are completed within 2-3 days, once your complete address
and job information are obtained.
- Customers will be notified regarding job scheduling before any work begins.
- A written or verbal follow-up will be made at the completion of your job
to ensure your satisfaction.
- We are fully bonded, licensed, and insured. Certificates of Insurance can
be provided upon request.
Quality Workmanship
- All of our crews are experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Our
people have been with us for years, and we have little to no turn-over
while accumulating years of experience.
- All materials are ASTM Approved and of the highest quality to deliver polished results.
- Crews attend regular, audited Safety Meetings and undergo field inspections
to instill safe practices and make certain crews are updated with the
latest safety techniques and equipment. All equipment used is OSHA approved
to reinforce crew safety and peace of mind for you.
- Supervisors inspect the work during and upon completion, and are readily
available to discuss customer questions and concerns as work progresses.
- Job set-up and tear-down is done in a professional and efficient manner
to ensure limited interruption with customer's daily life.
- The job site is kept as clean as possible during and upon completion of
work. All debris and materials will be removed upon completion of the job.
- All brick and mortar color used will match the original color and design
as closely as possible.
- All tuckpointing and masonry repairs will be washed (some exceptions apply)
upon concluding the job for a finished look.
